1. Create a New Folder. Select the Properties Option.
2. Next Click the Share Button.
3. Now you get this window.
4. Now Add Your Name.
5. Example I Add Everyone Name and Click Add Button. Change Permission Type Read/Write.
6. Next Click the Share Option.
7. Next Click the done Option.
8. Next Select the Advanced Sharing Option.
9. Type Your Share Name.
10. Next Click the Permissions Option. Select the Change permission also.
11. Finally Click OK Button
